About the Role
On a day-to-day basis, agents can expect to participate in the following activities:
1) Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
2) Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
3) Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
4) Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities to enhance their experience.
5) Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
6) Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
7) Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
