About the Role
On a day-to-day basis, agents can expect to participate in the following activities:
1) Inbound sales, customer service, and store support
2) Assisting customers with product questions
3) Placing new orders
4) Handling existing orders - returns/ replacements
5) Provide store-specific support
6) Contacting vendors for shipping information
7) Pay Rate is starting at $15.00 per hour
