About the Role

As a Remote Quality Assurance Mystery Caller, you will be responsible for conducting mystery calls to assess the quality of customer service, compliance with company protocols, and the overall customer experience for our esteemed clients. Your valuable feedback will contribute to enhancing service standards and ensuring diverse and inclusive practices across various businesses.

Key Duties:

1. Conduct mystery calls to businesses across different industries, posing as a regular customer to evaluate their service quality.

2. Thoroughly follow provided guidelines and assessment criteria during each call.

3. Provide detailed feedback and complete evaluation reports on each call promptly.

4. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to analyze data and contribute to improvement initiatives.

5. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism throughout the evaluation process.


1. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate and comprehensive evaluations.

3. A genuine interest in diversity, inclusion, and customer service excellence.

4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

5. Access to a computer or smartphone with reliable internet access.

6. Previous mystery shopping or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
